2	c	Finely grated sharp cheddar
1	c	Unflavored yogurt OR- sour cream
1/2	c	Finely chopped hazelnuts (roasted Oregon hazelnuts)
1 1/2	ts	Dry mustard

Mix all ingredients together. Chill. Serve with potato chips or well-chilled vegetable sticks.
